Batch Inhibitor Pigs

At Pipe-tech we’ve become expert at designing a wide range of pigs for different jobs and applications. Some of the most difficult cleaning problems can easily be tackled using Batch Inhibitor Pig Trains, a series of pigs, combined with appropriate chemicals that are specifically designed to attack corrosion and debris build-up in pipelines of all sizes. Helping boost production rates and efficiencies and extending the useful operating lives of flowline and pipelines systems can reduce downtime, pumping costs, safety risks and necessary maintenance.

As will all our pigging applications, we begin by working closely with our customers to understand their pipeline system and its specific challenges. We then develop a customized program of “batching” inhibitor chemicals in between custom-designed pigs.
